Marovia provides setup and ongoing management of AI-powered phone, text, calendar-booking, and lead-follow-up services on the Client's behalf and under the Client's business name. Specific deliverables and pricing are as described on this site or in a written agreement.
Monthly plans are billed in advance each month via credit/debit card. Performance-based reactivation fees are billed per qualified appointment booked, as agreed before a campaign begins. One-time setup fees, where applicable, are billed at the start of service. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
The Client warrants that any contact lists provided consist of people who previously contacted or did business with the Client, and that the Client has the right to be contacted on their behalf. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of business information, calendars, and availability provided to us.
Monthly services are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time with notice before the next billing date; service continues through the paid period. There are no long-term contracts.
Services are provided "as is." Marovia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the preceding month.

We collect business contact information from Clients (name, email, phone, business details) and, to deliver services, the lead/contact data Clients provide to us (such as names, phone numbers, and inquiry details of the Client's own leads and customers).
We use this information solely to provide and improve the services — placing and answering calls and texts, booking appointments, and reporting results to the Client. We do not sell personal information.
Calls placed or answered on a Client's behalf may be recorded for quality, and callers are notified of recording at the start of the call. Recordings and transcripts are used only to deliver and improve service.
We use trusted third-party providers (for telephony, CRM, scheduling, and payment processing) strictly to operate the service. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Any individual can opt out of calls or texts at any time; opt-outs are honored immediately. Clients may request deletion of their data by contacting us at hello@marovia.shop.

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges; service continues through the end of the current paid period. Monthly fees already billed are generally non-refundable, but if you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Per-appointment reactivation fees are only charged for qualified appointments actually booked on your calendar. If an appointment was billed but did not meet the agreed qualification criteria, notify us within 7 days for a review and credit or refund.
One-time setup fees cover configuration work performed at the start of service and are non-refundable once that work has begun.
